Jiwa Organic Quinoa Vgetable Biryani
Biryani masala:
1 tbs oil
2 bay leaves
1 javatri
2 black cardamoms
1 tbs ginger-garlic paste
2 tbs fried onions
1/4 cup onion paste
1/4 cup tomato puree
1/4 cup curd
1 tsp red chile powder
1 tbsp biryani masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
mix all these ingredients well and let it cook for about 1 minute
add 1/2 cup of diced mixed peppers
a little water for cooking and let it cook for another minute
In a pan layer the cooked masala at the bottom and add a top layer of boiled JIWA ORGANIC QUINOA
Top with some fried onions, chopped coriander and mint and 1 tbsp of kewra water. add some pomegranate seeds on top cover it and let it cook for 5 mins.
Serve hot and enjoy!
